Well, I guess it's official...my baby has grown up! I was waiting for this day to come and I could tell it was going to happen soon. On Monday night as I was putting May to bed, she took her "lovie", threw it on the floor and said "Mommy I don't need this anymore!" I wanted to cry right then and there but didn't. I guess this means she is officially growing up. She has had her lovie since she was born and we always joked that she would go to prom and get married with it. Those of you who know us also know that the lovie never left the house. We only bought one when she was born (we are so much smarter the second time around) and so we did not want to risk losing it somewhere so it always stayed at the house. I even called the 1-800 number for Carters and tried to order another one and they had stopped making them! So, for now the lovie is living in the top of our closet just in case the day comes when she decides she wants it again. Our baby is officially a BIG GIRL ;)
On another note... I had my first week back at work this week and wow was it hard. I cried the whole way to work Monday morning :( I know that my babies are in good hands at Aunt Shannie's school but I missed them so much. It was especially hard because my schedule had me working 3 12 hour days in a row. So, by the time I got home Danny had fed both of them and was working on baths. He did so good this week being Mr. Mom, thanks honey! But now I am off until Monday and will be spending some much needed R&R time with my babies.

Graham Rolls Over!
Well, for those of you who don't know, this is my last week at home. I go back to work next week and I'm going to miss these babies so much! I had such a good time staying at home the last 3 months with my kiddos and I'm sad that it is about to end. But... I do feel that I'm a more patient and loving mother when I work. It makes me realize how much I cherish the time with my family when I'm home. Here are some of my favorite new pics!

Well it's official, my little man rolled over today! He's only 11 weeks old and he's growing up so fast :( I wanted him to take everything slow since I know he will be my last but he has other plans. You can hear May growling and laughing in the background. She thought it was hilarious that he rolled over!

Update...
Well, we had a makeup day for swim lessons on Friday which was good because Danny is off on Friday's and got to go with us to experience my frustration first hand. When we got there she wouldn't go in the water so Danny took her to the side of the pool to "watch" for a little while. Then he asked one of her teachers if they took kids even if they were screaming and crying and she said "all the time." So needless to say, my child was then thrown in the pool to her teacher and cried the rest of the time. The teacher was great and took her around the whole pool trying to calm her down and get her comfortable with the water. After the class we talked with the teachers and asked if we should bring her back next week and they said "Yes, she going to have to get back in the water!" So I guess we will be back on Monday.
On a side note... Danny took her to the pool at our community last night and she did wonderful. She went underwater by herself and kicked her legs and used her arms. So in my mind, I think she is just being a little turkey at swim lessons! Anyone who knows my child knows that she will only do things on "her terms", a typical princess. I don't know where she gets that from ;).....

And so it goes....
Today we had swim lessons for the 3rd day in a row. You would think that each day would get better with my child but we seem to be going in the opposite direction. Today at swim lessons my daughter did not even make it into the water. She decided to sit and play with doodle bugs instead :) So... me being the responsible parent (hehehe) made her sit and watch the entire 30 minute swim lesson and tried coaxing her to get in the pool and join her "friends" several times but no luck. When it was over she talked with her teacher and told her she just didn't feel like swimming today. So my question to all of you is this... we still have tomorrow and all of next week left, do I continue to take her every day even if she doesn't participate? I feel like I need to just to show her that you stick with something but it is a beating getting up every morning and getting Graham fed and everyone ready to go for her to sit on the side of the pool. Any thoughts????

Graham's Nursery
Swim Lessons and More...
Today Mayson started her swim lessons at the YMCA. It is pretty comical to watch. There were several other girls Mayson's age and as soon as one started crying and came out of the pool, they all followed. I had to bribe her with a snack after swim lessons to get her to go back in the pool and join the class. We have 2 more weeks of this every morning so it should be interesting to see how it goes! And here is a picture of my Handsom little man. He went to the doctor for his 2 month checkup today and got 4 shots! Ouch...

We spent this last weekend with Granny since Daddy was out of town. We went to see Aunt Manda and Uncle Mike's new house which was awesome. They have a pool and the kids had so much fun playing together. After swimming and dinner we had ice cream sandwiches on the front porch. So much fun! We love them so much and wish we weren't so far away.

Zoo Trip
Today we went to the zoo with some of our good friends. Melissa, Jack and Baby Sawyer. We had a blast, the weather was awesome and the kids had so much fun. This is Graham and Sawyer :) Funny pic because Sawyer is almost 4 months and Graham is only 2 months and they are about the same size! So cute. Jack and Mayson are also a couple of months apart. We are definately both in the same boat! Nothing like having to breastfeed at the zoo! hahaha
Mommy and Graham riding the choo-choo train. This was by far his favorite part of the zoo because he got to get out of the stroller.
